If you are an HGS Corporate customer, with the HGS Corporate integration, as soon as you receive your vehicle back, the system instantly queries the toll crossings made by the vehicle between the rental start and end dates, calculates the total toll amount, and enables you to charge it to the customer.
You can also query vehicle toll crossings through our system at any time. If there are tolls reflected before or after receiving the vehicle from your customer, you can charge your customer accordingly.
If you are not an HGS Corporate customer, you can easily import your HGS toll data as an Excel file from the HGS customer panel, Shell HGS page, or your bank into the system. Once the toll data is imported, the system automatically detects which customer was using the vehicle at the time of the toll, calculates the total amount per vehicle and customer, and enables invoicing.
With the Kabis integration, you can easily submit your rental vehicle notifications through our application without logging into Kabis.
