You can have your contracts digitally signed via your customer's phone or your own phone/tablet, and choose from various contract management alternatives as you prefer.
With the digital signature infrastructure, you can have your contracts signed and securely store them in digital format.
Depending on your preference, you can send the signing link to your customer via SMS and/or email, or open the link on your own tablet/phone.
Phone number verification can be done via a verification code sent to the customer’s phone on the opened link.
You can collect the customer’s signature manually on a phone or tablet screen, or by using a digital pen. By adding multiple signature fields, you can request the customer to sign multiple times.
Once the signature is collected, the contract is securely stored with a timestamp.
After signing, the customer can directly download the signed contract. A signed and timestamped version is also emailed to the customer.
Verifiable Signature
Before collecting the signature, the customer’s phone number is verified using a code sent to their phone.
Together with the collected signature, information about the device used (IP address and location data) is also stored.
The collected signature is stored on the contract file with a timestamped certificate.
Once the signing process is completed, the timestamped and signed contract is sent to the customer's email address.
All steps of the signing process are saved with timestamps and can be reviewed when needed.
When the signed contract file is opened, details such as signer identity and signing time can be viewed in a verified format, as seen in the example image.
